1 פוליטיקה וסביבה קורס תשתית בשנת הלימודים תשע"ח דן תמיר יום ב', 16:00 18:00 מה הם הקשרים בין החלטות ממשלה לעיצוב הנוף סביבנו? מהם הגורמים הסביבתיים המשפיעים על מבנה החברה והממשל? כיצד משפיעות החלטות פוליטיות על חלוקת משאבים והשימוש בהם וכיצד משפיעה זמינות משאבים על קבלת החלטות פוליטיות? מה הקשר בין ריבוד חברתי לבין נזקים סביבתיים? כיצד קשורה הפסיכולוגיה האנושית לשינויי אקלים ומה הקשר בין אמונות דתיות לשימוש במשאבי הטבע? קורס זה יתחלק לשני חלקים. במהלך סמסטר א' נבחן את המשולש חברה כלכלה סביבה דרך תאוריות שונות ומודלים שונים המנסים לבאר ולהסביר תהליכים פוליטיים-סביבתיים. בסמסטר ב' נשתמש במקרי מבחן היסטוריים ובני זמננו לשם בדיקת המודלים והתאוריות ורכישת מיומנות בהתבוננות סביבתית בתופעות פוליטיות. הרכב הציון בקורס נוכחות (10%): הקורס יתקיים בהשתתפות פעילה של התלמידים בו. חלק מן הקורס יהיה דיונים (ואי"ה גם ויכוחים) בכתה. דו"חות קריאה שבועיים (40%): בכל שבוע יוגש דו"ח קצר על חומר הקריאה של השיעור השבועי. את הדו"ח יש להגיש עד 24 שעות לפני המפגש השבועי. הצגת מאמרים בכתה (20%): בסמסטר א' יציג כל משתתף לפחות מאמר מתודי אחד וינתח אותו. בסמסטר ב' יציג כל משתתף מקרה מבחן וינתח אותו. עבודה מסכמת (30%): תכלול ניתוח של מקרה מבחן מסמטר ב' באמצעות השיטות והמודלים שנלמדו במהלך סמסטר א'. ביבליוגרפיה בסיסית מקראות C.
